    Here’s the ACCESS OM Intake Guide (which can be found in the training binder):

    ACCESS Open Minds Intake Guide (EN)

    Voici le Guide d’acceuil AEO (vous le trouverez dans le cartable de formation) :

    Guide d’acceuil ACCESS Esprits ouverts (FR)

    You can use this guide as a reference document when meeting with young people and their families for the first time. You could also use it throughout the stages of an initial evaluation, or at any time. Some of the topics covered include:
    – better understanding presenting concerns/why they are looking for help;
    – looking at historical antecedents;
    – exploring the young person’s family and support systems with them through genograms and ecomaps.

    What part of this guide do you find useful?
