NorWest Youth Hub
103-61 Tyndall Avenue
What is the Youth Hub? It is an integrated service centre for youth aged 12-29 years of age* which offers services in the areas of mental health, primary care, addictions, employment and recreational activities.
NorWest Co-op is pleased to partner with the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba (AFM), Youth Employment Services (YES), Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre (MATC) and Employment & Income Assistance (EIA) to offer a wide scope of services under one roof.
Eligibility: Youth aged 12-29 (*some services at the Youth Hub are for more specific ages). Call us at (204) 221-9800 to find out more.
We are now able to see any Manitoba youth ages 12-29 for counselling. We are currently offering in-person*, phone, and virtual sessions (*Limited number of in-person appointments available each week, in keeping with social distancing restrictions).
We are open again for drop-in! Those hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00pm-4:00pm. Our programmers can help youth at this time with accessing computers, printers, snacks, resources, and more that they might need. In keeping with social distancing guidelines, we are currently limited to 1-2 people in the space at a time, for up to 30 minutes.
We will also be running a CBTm anxiety/depression coping group for youth ages 16-29 in July, on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30, and an ‘Adulting 101’ series on Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:30-6:00.
