COVID-19 Updated Services
We are now able to see any Manitoba youth ages 12-29 for counselling. We are currently offering in-person*, phone, and virtual sessions (*Limited number of in-person appointments available each week, in keeping with social distancing restrictions).
We are open again for drop-in! Those hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00pm-4:00pm. Our programmers can help youth at this time with accessing computers, printers, snacks, resources, and more that they might need. In keeping with social distancing guidelines, we are currently limited to 1-2 people in the space at a time, for up to 30 minutes.
We will also be running a CBTm anxiety/depression coping group for youth ages 16-29 in July, on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30, and an ‘Adulting 101’ series on Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:30-6:00.
