ACCESS Open Minds Parc-Extension is located in the neighborhood that shares its name. It is a lively area, home to people from all over the world – some who have recently arrived in Montreal and others who have been established here for many generations. It is a vibrant community which offers a wide variety of resources. Just like Parc-Extension, ACCESS Open Minds is dynamic! The team offers a platform in order for your voice to be heard, which in turn will allow you to contribute to the transformation of mental health services offered to youth, their families and their loved ones. We believe that you are best suited to guide us in understanding the best way to reach out to youth and to adapt services so that they fit the needs of the Parc-Extension community.
